here's one vote for "John Beilein's head in a Futurama jar"
Club Trillion (Former OSU Walk-on Mark Titus) has written up his B1G Basketball preview.
He makes the case that the B1G is an Elite Bball conference despite the fact that the B1G hasn't won a National Title since 2000 (that was a clean block!)
He thinks McGary is over-hyped, GRIII is going to be the best pro, and Spike is awesome. His anti-Michigan bias comes through a bit, but in general it's a good read. I'm hoping that McGary can be tournament McGary for the year, but we'll see what happens moving forward.
My son and I are driving out from South Dakota for the football game on Saturday. We've decided to hit the basketball opener on Friday night just because we can.
My main question is about basketball tickets. Should we just walk up and buy them? Will there be people trying to sell them outside the arena? Should I just pick some up from Stubhub or buy some crappy seats off mgoblue.com?
I will take any additional wisdom on attending basketball games, but I'm mainly worried about tickets right now.
Thanks for the info.
Thought this profile of Jamal Crawford was pretty cool. Makes me wish he would've been able to play longer at UofM. He was (and is) an incredible talent, and it would've been interesting to see what he could've done for the program.
I was wondering if any students are willing to sell there basketball tickets this season. I missed out on buying them this year but i was hoping to catch a game or 2 in the maize rage this season. Im willing to go to any game i need 2 tickets. I know i could sit general admission but we all know that wont be anywhere near the fun. Any help on where i could get some tickets would be great. Thanks
I'm just wondering if everyone else had received their's already and I'm the only one without one or if most haven't got them yet? MAybe I'm just to eager to get my hands on some content that isn't football, I don't know.Any information would be appreciated.
Perfect week for some BASKETBALL!!
