Thinking of making the drive down Wednesday, does anyone have any experience/idea of when tickets are gonna be cheapest? At the moment, all of the reseller sites (stubhub, etc.) have just a few ridiculously priced tickets. Face value is $30 if you buy nosebleeds from the NCAA, but with a probably pretty low demand, anyone know if there's anywhere cheaper to buy them?
Make your bold, terrible predictions here. Think this will be the first year a 16 seed wins? Have a 9-seed in the final four? Have Michigan winning it all?
Sadly, I picked MSU to win it all in a few brackets already. I'm also jumping on the UConn momentum bandwagon and have them going to the final four.
I thought a thread to talk match-ups and selections would be fun. I know I'm not going to do anything productive other than plan my bracket for the next 5 hours.
Fingers crossed and Go Blue!
We live in the boonies and get satellite on a month-to-month basis during college football season, unplug it and have no TV the rest of the year. Last year we were able to get a number of NCAA games on CBS Sports.com over our regular internet provider. We even watched the Michigan game yesterday when we found out it would be on. I will add that last year also when we would try to log on to CBS it sometimes wouldn't let you, or would only let you watch a certain, timed amount.
Assume we are not going go buy a sling/shot/rabbit ear/pirate special set up to get the games on the internet. My question is this: Do any of you have a more certain way of simply accessing the games on-line?
Thank you in advance for any help. And here's hoping that the need for this becomes more urgent in about 2 hours with some good news for the maize and blue - otherwise we're gathering up all the pitch forks and torches, meeting at Mabel's, and starting trouble.
Jerry Palm has us in as 11 seed vs #6 Dayton and Not in a play in game...Lunardi now has us IN...I went to bed last night thinking we were Out but we seem to be trending UP and IN...Will still be a nerve racking day...we DO NOT want Memphis to beat UCONN today
