I'VE HAD JUST ABOUT ENOUGH OF YOU SONNY
Petersons.com states the following in its tips for maintaining amateur status:
...There are a variety of other activities related to playing or coaching sports that may affect your amateur status at a sports college. Below are some activities that violate amateurism rules in most cases:
Receiving compensation for media appearances (radio, television, etc.) that exploit your athletic ability or fame
Expressly or implicitly endorsing commercial products or services
Does Spike's appearance in the Taco Bell commercial as Hurricane Doug place his eligibility at risk?
This is only if you have a watch ESPN account.
With all the Football Post-Mortems, it's time to remember: It's Basketball Season. Stauskas is a game time decision, GRIII is playing.
9:15PM Eastern on ESPN. Go Blue. Beat Duke.
21 PTS, 6 ASTS, 3 REBS, 1 STL & 0 TOs, 50% FG, 50% 3PTFG in 37 Mins
WELL...now that football is essentially done, it's time for us to focus on the basketball team (yes, I know, and HOCKEY). We play someone good Tuesday, I think, so that should be quite the exciting game. We also get another somewhat good team in two weeks. Man, this December schedule is BRUTAL. Anyway, if you're curious as to HOW BRUTAL or who I'm referring to, FEAR NOT! I have produced a schedule wallpaper for your information delight!

EDIT: Sorry about before...I broke photobucket, apparently. Thanks, MGoBlog!
23. Mitch McGary
29. Nik Stauskas
Figured it was only a matter of time before Stauskas started getting some draft love. No real shock that GR3 or McGary have been slipping. If the season ended today, and these were their draft projections, it's likely they all could return for their Junior seasons. BUT, thankfully the season isn't ending today and it will be interesting to see where they end up at seasons end.
GO BLUE, BEAT DUKE!
