at least it's not just us?
I hate to do this, but need some local expertise from the MGoCommunity
My family will be travelling up to Michigan the weekend of the state game. We have a hotel for Friday night and plan to take my oldest kiddos around the campus and to their first Michigan game the next day. I’ve been looking online for tickets and 4 are generally running around $250-400 a-piece with some end zone seats going for $200. I’ve never had a problem finding tickets outside of the stadium before the game, but I certainly don’t want to run into a situation where we get there and can’t find anything. For the regular attenders, would you recommend waiting until game day to purchase tickets or in the wake of the success are the tickets that day in short supply? Is it any cheaper to wait?
Also, we traditionally parked by the radio broadcast booth next to Crisler Arena and with that space now closed for construction, would the next best place to go be the golf course or Pioneer High school?
Many thanks for the advice!!
Looking for 2-3 tickets for the Wisconsin game on November 20 at the Big House. My brother and I are for sure planing on making the trip, and possibly taking my father. He is a tormented Wolverine fan, living in Ohio. Any information would be great. I know I can get some decent tickets on stubhub and other sites. Just wanted to put the feelers out for some better seats. With 2 months until the game, I figure I have a little bit of time to be picky.
I'm highly interested in making the trip to the game on Saturday, but I'm having a hell of a time finding tickets for under $150-$200 anywhere (eBay, Stubhub, craigslist, etc). I'm considering driving down there and just trying to buy tickets off scalpers, but I've never been to South Bend for a game so I don't know what the scalper situation is like.
So, to anybody who's been to Notre Dame Stadium in recent years -- how abundant are scalpers around the stadium? Would I have a decent shot at a deal?
I ordered tickets off mgoblue on June 29th, but haven't gotten anything in mail yet.
Should we be worried?
Has anyone received M-UCONN tix ordered from the UCONN site? I ordered, and my confirmation said they would be mailed in August if "approved." They have already been billed to my credit card but that can be easily reversed.
Anyone know what demand was like for UCONN's allotment?
