I'VE HAD JUST ABOUT ENOUGH OF YOU SONNY
D -1 until Noodlegeddon.
WTH, mgoblue didn't use the noodle video for some reason. Instead, we get a bunch of stuff that we've already seen.
Didn't see this posted and this would be good for people coming in from out of town.
New for 2013 is Welcoming Our Wolverines (W.O.W.) Fridays. There will be a member of Guest Services located in front of Gate 10 on Fridays before home games. The biggest attraction is for a $10 fee, you can tour Michigan Stadium and Crisler Center.

EDIT: difference from the tours offered through the Alumni Association is they are much more detailed. You also get to walk the tunnel, actually get on the field, visit the locker room, visit the Jack Roth Stadium Club, see the Heisman Trophy and try on a helmet/pads. The $10 Fri tour only says you will have an opportunity to take pics inside the stadium. http://alumni.umich.edu/connect/event/big-house-tours
It was just brought to my attention that the athletic department today has changed its policy regarding seat cushions in response to the outcry they received. Outside seat cushions are now ALLOWED in Michigan Stadium.
As we approach the third anniversary of the completion of the $226 million stadium expansion project, I have another web find to share with the community of some of the upgrades that went into it, as I have reported here periodically when I have come across the info on the web. This time, it’s on the PA and video systems. I'm not an audio or video technician, just a fact finder passing along perhaps some interesting information.
The PA system includes 28 Meyer Sound MILO 60 line array loudspeakers, eight SB-3F sound field synthesis loudspeakers, four MSL-4 loudspeakers, a Galileo loudspeaker management system with two Galileo 408 processors, and an RMS remote monitoring system.
See more about the PA system at http://www.meyersound.com/news/2012/michigan_stadium/

Ok, so another quick wallpaper post before I head back to more baby duty (yes, I know it never really ends). I made this wallpaper in the style of a vintage travel poster. I think it'd be cool to do a whole series of these for our away games (which if I get the chance to, I might try to get them done pre-season) and then compile them into one giant wallpaper set. Anyway, the usual disclaimers, etc. Hope you like it. Go Blue!
Since the latest upgrades to Michigan Stadium, I continue to hunt and peck around the ‘net for tidbits regarding some of the processes that went into the $226 million “facelift” and came across this interesting piece on who and how the new signs and wayfinding were made, including the shields that outline the lower concourse.
I found enjoyable that the name of the company used to produce the graphics was 'Harmon Sign.' How apropos.
