is there such a thing as an etsy genuis? if so, this is it.
Looks like the first movie night selection is out. Good one for the family. Interesting to see the turn out.
Took the fun little exercise going around the net and applied it to Michigan football, but with a twist. The $1 items are, um, not hall of fame level options.
Categories are: coach, quarterback, offensive team (minus QB), defense, and schedule. Schedule is playing our schedule for that season with the given quality of opponent.
This is by no means an exhaustive or definitive list, but may be fun.

For my $15, I'll take Gary Moeller, Jim Harbaugh, 1971 offense, 1997 defense, 2014 schedule. Moeller was an excellent coach and Harbaugh an excellent QB. Combining one of Bo's best offenses with the best Michigan defense of my lifetime and I don't see a loss on the 2014 schedule.
*So I misspelled Benny Friedman's name. I'm embarrassed. I'll punch myself in the face as punishment.
Checking to see if anyone is making the trip to NJ for the Rutgers game? I am trying to plan something with some friends where we stay in Manhattan and hopefully take a train out for the game. Any Mgonewyorkers with thoughts or tips? Anyone know of average ticket prices that Rutgers charges? Thanks in advance
The Margaret Dow Towsley Museum featuring the history of Michigan Football inside Schembechler Hall was recently re-opened to the public following a $9 million renovation.
The University of Michigan Athletic Department announced that the museum will be open Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the year from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

A company that specializes in motivation and pickup (yeah, i know) but out a video featuring Brady, as kind of a metaphor or example. It was cool for me to see.
Pretty good video, have learned a lot from these guys, made a big difference in my life. Maybe some of you can get something out of it.
Who’s Chris Partridge? He’s the head football coach at Paramus Catholic High School in Paramus, New Jersey. With much of the focus here yesterday having been on losing Malik McDowell to Michigan State, I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned how close Michigan was to becoming the biggest loser on college football’s National Signing Day. Chris Partridge might’ve saved Michigan from that ignominious fate.
According to an article today in one of the northern New Jersey newspapers, Jabrill Peppers was wavering on his commitment to Michigan as late as Tuesday night. Peppers reportedly said, I guess I got nervous [Tuesday] and started doubting myself. But Coach Partridge spent a lot of time with me and put everything back into perspective. I realized Michigan is the place I wanted to be. http://www.northjersey.com/sports/Jabrill_Peppers_signs_Michigan_letter_of_intent.html
So, thank you, Chris Partridge.
On a side note, there might be reason to root for another one of Jabrill Peppers’ teamamtes, besides Juwann Bushell-Beatty. Alex Beards of Paramus Catholic signed with Slippery Rock!
