Mike Spath points out that doing an interview for the official site is a pretty good indicator he'll be back.
Hope this is OK to post, but I am having a very hard time finding a UM soccer Jersey to buy. Do they exist? Anyone know where to buy one? The usual apparel stops were visited (Mden, Moes, etc) with no luck. Maybe a soccer shop in A2?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I'd never heard of the Florida Everblades before, but the guys in the pix look positively mortified having to wear those things.
This past weekend I went to the Texas @ Texas Tech game in Lubbock. I didn't really care one way or the other which team won, so I figured why not wear my Michigan gear? I didn't get much feedback one way or the other, except for a few 'Michigan?' or 'How'd they do today?' comments while we were tailgating and on the way to the game. About midway through the 2nd quarter a film crew was coming up through the stands and since I was wearing my #2 Michigan jersey I wanted to make sure to get it in front of the camera. As the guys left the section after they took the shot I took a closer look and saw that their press passes said 'ESPN Road Trip.' I watched the game afterward to see if I could find myself but I couldn't so after some searching around finally found the 'Road Trip' video and was able to pull the screen shot.
I will have to say that I was disappointed overall with how tame the crowd was and how uninvolved the crowd seemed to be in the game. We were sitting right behind the student section but could barely tell when they were/weren't cheering.
Any other good out of place in Michigan gear pictures?
With Michigan's fan day slated for the 22nd, what were your past experiences? What is the coolest gear to get signed (footballs, jersey's, helmets)?
