"The face of the operation is Briatore (referred to exclusively in the film by his colleagues and angry, chanting detractors as "Flavio"), an anthropomorphic radish who spends most of his time at QPR plotting to fire all of the managers."
This isn't as funny as the other impersonations, imo, because he doesn't have the voices as down as he does for Madden and Gruden, but the jokes are still pretty solid. Plus, Jim Harbaugh makes an appearance
This week's headscratcher comes from Atlanta, where the Church of Scientology apparently decided that the optimal fundraising tool to get people in to "Become Humanitarians" by donating to their building project would be to promote the big upcoming game between Michigan and...the Atlanta Falcons. (For whose who don't follow NFL, the Lions played the Falcons in London two weeks ago. Atlanta HC Mike Smith was so bad at clock management he should probably try to blame excessive Thetans in his headset.)
I also especially liked the way they stretched the M graphic to cover whatever team that image originally had Atlanta facing. Hopefully it wasn't the Lions.

I thought this was pretty hilarious and could lighten the hearts of some fans, especially since we haven't lost to IU or Minny in quite some time:
The Big Ten Conference has some powerful football teams banging down the doors of the NCAA to snag the the national title this year, and you better believe the Michigan Wolverines are one of them. The University of Michigan football team is one of the toughest teams in the Big Ten, and their tenure in the conference has yielded all kinds of thrilling matchups and memories over the years. With Big Ten competitors like the Indiana Hoosiers and Minnesota Golden Gophers on the schedule this season, the Wolverines have their work cut out for them. Michigan football fans know that if they want to attend any of the most anticipated football games at Michigan Stadium this year, they need to get a move on and secure tickets as soon as possible when the Wolverines face off against conference and statewide rivals. The Wolverines football team is looking down another solid year of football action yet again, and fans can be there to cheer them on at every home game in Ann Arbor.
It's Hate Week, so I thought this would bring some amusement to us after the craptacular weekend of sports we all just went through. It's a compilation of 15 awful fan tattoos that some of the truck drivers OSU has for fans have decorated their bodies with. This one is my favorite because it combines a bro's tribal tattoo with the OSU logo in a pastiche of suck.
Which one is your favorite?
EDIT: Forgot the link, duh. LINK
Todd Fuhrman has a funny quiz up today, to see how bad of a gambling problem you have. It's all in good fun, and I'm rather proud of my low score despite having at least 2 items in each section.
I figured the Board may get a kick of of it, as JamieMac, the resident gambling expert thought that his number wasn't so bad. Also, couldn't help but think of coverage on this site:
College hockey lines, junkie?
I scored a 37, how did you do?
So while we're stuck waiting for the NHL to come back, the KHL is still playing. This silly goal took place in their recent all-star game on a penalty shot and I thought this shot was brilliant. I kind of feel bad for the goalie, who gets massively embarrased in this clip. Can anyone think of a sillier goal on a penalty shot than this one?
Apologies for the lack of an embed, but video streaming sites are banned here at my office, and I do not know how to embed from a Droid phone (which is how I watched the video). If someone could embed this clip I'd appreciate it! Also, I sent the link to Ace in the hopes that he would turn this into a GIF, maybe if we collectively guilt trip him he will.
EDIT: Thanks to user Trauber19 for linking to this GIF of the shot. I still think its worth it to watch the video though, because it has it from a couple angles.
