"Answer This" is a movie shot in Ann Arbor in 2009, starring Ralph Williams. It's being picked up for regional distribution and has some premiere events this weekend around the state. It features scenes shot at the UM-WMU game in 2009, and was written and directed by an alum. (Full disclosure: I work for Celebration! Cinema, where tomorrow's premiere is hosted.)
There are a few upcoming premiere screenings worth mentioning:
- Tonight at Emagine in Royal Oak with Dhani Jones in attendance.
Friday 10/14 at Celebration! Cinema Grand Rapids North
Food, drinks, and trivia in the Wave Room at 6:30. An 8:00pm screening will be followed by a Q&A with the writer/director.
Saturday 10/15 also at Celebration! Grand Rapids North:
Watch "Funny or Die" clips before the movie, screen the movie, then a Q&A with Chris Farah and President of Funny Or Die Mike Farah.
- More cities like Traverse City and Ann Arbor are listed at the movie website.
Also, Dr. Spaceman is in it.
Did any of you attend the screening at the Michigan Theatre? Or, are you going in Grand Rapids tomorrow?

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Moe Sport Shops for the quick delivery of my Dhani Jones Signature Bow Tie.
I know there was a post on this last Saturday but I wanted to remind the community that the bow ties are still available and they're for a great cause, C.S Mott Children's Hospital.
Here's the link - http://www.moesportshops.com/products/view/1413/49
And the description tag from Moe's page about the bow tie:
" Former Michigan Football player, current Cinicinatti Bengals star, and bow-tie aficionado, Dhani Jones, has partnered with Moe Sport Shops and Underground Printing to promote the Dhani Jones Signature Bow Tie for a Cause campaign. This limited-edition bow tie will be available online and on campus to benefit U-M C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.
Encouraged to wear a bow ties by his best friend, Kunta Littlejohn, who was diagnosed with Lymphoma, these ties have become a symbol of perseverance. By supporting this campaign you are promoting the Bow Tie Beliefs

Here's a cool video of Dhani earning a little more money for the cause:
Sorry for the link, I can't get the video to embed.
Don't forget about Dhani tackles the globe season 2 starting Monday. He is one of my favorite Michigan players and I really enjoyed watching season 1. http://www.travelchannel.com//TV_Shows/Dhani_Jones/Video/Dhani_Jones_Ret...
Dhani Jones had some pretty harsh remarks today about Rich Rodriguez on Rome is Burning. To paraphrase, he said that to accomplish anything you need to win within two years. The comments struck me as representative of some of the more disgruntled parts of the fanbase as he admitted his patience had already run out. Obviously this is a product of going 8-16 and winning will cure all, but it is still frustrating to see. Dhani, unlike Amani Toomer, obviously still is proud to consider himself a Michigan Man, but this is yet another athlete to come out in criticism of Rich Rod. Hopefully, we can win 10 games this fall and shut everyone up.
Dhani has a string of these new Febreze Sport ads. I thought for sure this would be David Cone in this spot.
Sorry, doesn't seem like embedding the video is working correctly.
